A deepened red wine berry-plum shade with a slightly cool undertone. The Powder Kiss formula is completely different from a traditional drying matte.   It utilizes moisture-coated powder pigments to deliver a weightless, blurred, soft-focus color effect with the zero-shine finish of a matte and the cushiony, soft feel of a hydrating balm.   The Shade: A rich, moody mix of dark plum and berry.
