These are Rockport Women’s 7.5 Brown Leather Knee High Boots Buckle Heels adiPRENE A11638  From the label and photos:  Size: Women’s US 7.5 / UK 5 / EU 38 Upper: Genuine leather Color: Dark brown/chocolate Made in: China Sole: Rockport adiPRENE® by adidas cushioning Style: Knee-high riding/dress boot with side zipper, decorative buckle straps, rounded toe, and slim approximately 2½–3 heel Condition: They appear to be in good preowned condition with relatively light outsole wear.  The “adiPRENE by adidas” branding is useful for dating them. Rockport was owned by Adidas for many years and commonly used this cushioning technology in the late 2000s through early 2010s. I would estimate this pair was made around 2008–2013, rather than being truly vintage.
