Pie Bird Vintage Porcelain Vent Funnel Crust England 2 piece Blackbird

Vintage Royal Worcester Pie Bird English Porcelain Funnel Vent Pie Crust Blackbird Culinary Tool Paul Gertner  New Old Stock in original box  While it was never used, great condition, the box has a few marks from storage Both pieces are stamped    This bird is NOT a whistle, there is a white dot for an eye and end of beak.  Since it’s porcelain, both are shiny  The funnel doesn’t have a chip, it’s manufactured this way for function.   This is designed to prevent crust collapsing by acting as a steam chimney.  See instructions on box flap for instructions  Personal note I inherited this from my grandmother so I don’t know when it was manufactured or purchased. Is it really from the 1950s?  She owned a few as I’m using one as kitchen decor on a shelf since I’m not a baker.😉 This set definitely has good vibes since she was amazing! *last photo outside in brighter daylight
