The truss rod cover is Gibson-style, and the fretboard edges have binding, meticulously copying the Gibson Les Paul.

In recent years, Japanese brands from the 70s and 80s, including Greco, have gained global attention as Japan Vintage due to their high quality craftsmanship and excellent sound, leading to steadily rising prices.

The body features a 3-piece maple top (before this era, it was white sycamore) and mahogany back. The neck is mahogany, and the fretboard is rosewood with Gibson-style fret edge binding. It has a standard 22-fret, approximately 628mm scale set-neck construction, offering the stable look characteristic of the Standard model. The Greco original U-1000 humbucking pickups deliver a powerful sound with a solid core, whether clean or overdriven.

Visually, there are significant cracks in the pickguard, as well as scratches and dings from use, and tarnishing of the hardware. However, these are considered part of the charm of aging and a testament to its history of being played. Please appreciate the atmosphere unique to vintage Japanese guitars.
