Unfortunately, I used this until March of the year before last, but it broke during a sudden power outage. I suspect a resistor or internal fuse blew. After the power came back on, it wouldn't turn on. I'm not knowledgeable enough to fix it myself, and I gave up on manufacturer repair.
This is for the main unit only; the charger is not included. I'm hoping to sell it to someone who is knowledgeable about electronics and can repair it, perhaps by purchasing a substitute like a multi-adapter from Amazon. I've been a buyer on Mercari for several years, but this is my first time selling. Please understand that this is an old item, there are some stains that won't come off, the rubber on the 3000 dial is missing, and the overall condition is not good.

I believe it might be revived with a battery replacement for the backup button cell.

If you're lucky, it might turn on and work, even though the condition isn't great.
I have experienced it being stored without power for about half a year, and then it worked after being powered on again.
