This is likely a panel that came with a YAMAHA power amplifier, the P-5000S, used to prevent volume adjustments in installations. I no longer have the actual unit, so I cannot guarantee compatibility. Please judge based on the dimensions.
It is a plastic plate measuring 15 cm x 5.7 cm.
The screw spacing was 13.5 cm horizontally and 4.3 cm vertically.
Please excuse any amateur measurements.
It is likely compatible with YAMAHA's P-series.
The original bag is not included.
It has been opened but is unused and in clean condition.
