☆ We always strive to ensure a pleasant transaction!
☆ Immediate purchase is welcome!
☆ Items have been inspected, but if by any chance it does not work, please contact us before leaving a review and we will respond!
❗️ Regarding Refunds ❗️
☆ Occasionally, due to an oversight in template messages, there may be a mention of a guarantee for items listed as junk or defective. Please understand that this is an error.
☆ Regarding buttons that are slightly less responsive, this can be a matter of individual perception, so we cannot offer refunds. (All items are tested with infrared to confirm button response before listing, and those with significantly poor response are discarded.)
☆ We generally do not accept returns for model number mismatches with TVs or air conditioners.
☆ Unfortunately, there have been many false claims regarding returns. If a returned item has no issues whatsoever, or if the reported defect is false, we will report it as a nuisance act, so please refrain from doing so.
☆ Items without a photo of the battery cover will be shipped without the cover.
☆ We have measures in place to prevent fraudulent returns. The condition of each item is recorded.
We have a wide selection of remote controls, from old TVs to new ones! Please take a look! ↓
