These knives are made from 0.4mm
stainless steel.
The sizes are: 0.5 (3cm), 1 (4.2cm), 1.5 (5.1cm), 2 (6.1cm), 2.5 (9.4cm), 3 (12.7cm), 3.5 (16cm), 4 (19cm), 4.5 (21cm), 5 (23cm), and 5.5 (24.2cm).
The knives sold as a set will come with a plastic sheath.
The 0.4mm thickness is the same as Meiko's knives.
I felt they were a bit stiff, so I slightly extended the blade's exposed length.
I believe they have a comfortable stiffness.
