Marujyu Kanami Ceramic Plate Grilling Net Large

This is a Marujyu grill net.
This is the larger size.

It has been used a few times, but I am selling it because I use my grill more often.

[Even Grilling]
The far-infrared rays from the ceramic are said to have the effect of trapping the umami of the ingredients without letting moisture escape, resulting in a fluffy and juicy finish.
The ceramic plate grill net evenly transfers heat from the outside, grilling ingredients uniformly.

[Durability]
Made of ceramic material, it is resistant to deformation even at high temperatures and can be used for a long time.

[Ease of Use]
The mesh structure securely holds ingredients in place, preventing uneven grilling.

*This product is for direct flame use only.
Please note that it is not compatible with IH.

*The grill net itself is very lightweight.
Therefore, if you are using a commercial stove or a stove with a sensor, there is a possibility that the stove may not recognize that it is placed on it, activating the safety device or automatically extinguishing the flame due to heat, making it unusable.

*Each time it is used, the ceramic part will turn black from grilling marks.

*To prevent odor transfer, I use it for grilling items like bread and vegetables, lightly brushing off any char or powder without frequent washing.
It is recommended to minimize soaking the ceramic part in water, as this can cause it to dissolve.
