Wooden-handled Yanagiba knife.
I was originally a sushi chef for many years, but I no longer use it, so I am listing it for sale.
It is rusted, but if sharpened, it is a knife that will cut without any problems.
The tip of the blade is slightly chipped.
If you are concerned, please have it sharpened by a professional before use.
As you can see, it is used, but I believe it is a knife that can still be used for work if cared for.
A wooden saya purchased from a knife shop is also included.
