The yeast serves as food for the photosynthetic bacteria (PSB), which will multiply rapidly with the summer sun.

[Cultivation Recipe] *Practice cultivation starting with 500ml.
Fill a 500ml plastic bottle about 1/3 full with PSB, add 2 yeast tablets, and fill the rest with water up to the bottle's neck. Do not leave any air in the bottle for successful cultivation. For 500-1000ml of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB), add 2-4 tablets and expose to ?? sunlight (UV rays) daily, shaking once. It is ready when it develops the characteristic smell and red color of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB). Store the completed photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) in a cool, dark place. The sediment is PSB, so shake the container before use. For a more concentrated solution, add more yeast tablets and continue cultivation. It is ready when the red color deepens to a dark red.
