Description
This is a handmade wooden sign.
Open is written on the front and Closed on the back.
The lettering style is Toryu, a popular font used in the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
The sign is made from a cedar board measuring 97.5cm (height) x 30cm (width) x 2.3cm (thickness). It's quite large.
The board was sanded, lightly scorched to bring out the wood grain, colored with brown paint, and coated with multiple layers of urethane varnish.
The lettering was applied thickly with oil-based paint.
A final coat of urethane varnish was applied for finishing.
