Vintage Art Deco Kissproof Rouge Compact – Brass Makeup Tin w/ Mirror – Affiliated Products Inc.  Authentic vintage Art Deco “Kissproof” rouge compact crafted from brass and produced by Affiliated Products Inc. of Jersey City, New Jersey during the 1920s–1930s. This beautifully detailed cosmetic compact features classic Art Deco styling with alternating pinstripe bands and stylized laurel or grain motifs across the lid, giving it an elegant geometric appearance typical of the era.  Originally designed to hold compressed rouge for both lips & cheeks, the compact still retains traces of its vibrant original makeup color. The removable color pot allows for easy replacement or display, while the interior mirror adds to its collectible charm & functionality. A wonderful piece of vanity history ideal for collectors of vintage cosmetics, Art Deco accessories, or antique boudoir décor.  Measures approximately 1 3/16” wide x 1/4” tall. Compact displays nicely with attractive age-related patina and verdigris consistent with vintage brass pieces. The rouge is mostly empty. Good vintage condition overall with wear, oxidation, and surface aging visible in photos.
