Gorgeous Vintage King Size Cream Colored Crocheted Bed Spread 108" x 96"

Stunning king sized chrocheted bedspread with an intricate lace design featuring distinct elements. The primary design element consists of numerous circular motifs that are joined together and incorporate a delicate floral or star-like pattern at their center. The spaces between the circular motifs are filled with a dense, net-like mesh pattern, which provides structural integrity and a continuous surface. The work is characterized by its hollow out or open-work nature, typical of fine crochet lace. The use of a fine thread gives it a delicate yet substantial appearance, associated with traditional, heirloom-quality textiles. The larger circular motifs are then bordered by even more delicate smaller motifs and an overall open weave pattern. In pristine condition. Measures 108 x 96.
