There are stains, tears, and peeling from storage.
Please check the photos.

Fan #1 is believed to be from around 2014.
It depicts a summer festival in Tsugaru, Aomori Prefecture.
The condition is very good.

Fan #2 is vintage with a subdued color scheme for a Nebuta fan.
The rim is made of paper, so there are tears as shown in the photos. Please see photos ④ and ⑤.
The tears are as-is, and I have not applied cellophane tape.

Fan #3 appears to be a Neputa painting from Hirosaki City, not the Nebuta Festival.
The condition is clean.

Fan #4 is from Heisei 29 (2017) and the Nebuta design is Tawara Toda and the Dragon God, winner of the Governor's Award in Heisei 28 (2016), created by Takashi Kitamura.
As shown in the photos, there is slight white peeling on the surface.
