This is a compatible replacement height adjustment screw set for the Sesame Mini/3/4 base adapter.
This set includes 2 screws and 2 spring washers.

Both are compatible replacement parts.

I ordered these because I lost some without realizing it. While the screws are easy to find, it's difficult to get spring washers of this specific size. Since I had to order the minimum quantity, I'm offering the extras to those who need them.

I have plenty in stock, so you can add a set of 1 screw + 1 spring washer for an additional 30 yen. Please comment if you need multiple sets.

The second image is for reference. The silver screw on the bottom is the same as the item for sale, while the one on top is the genuine part.
