Wicked Old Lady (Ijiwaru Baasan) is a 4-panel manga series by Machiko Hasegawa. It was serialized under the title Ijiwaru Baasan in the weekly magazine Sunday Mainichi published by Mainichi Shimbun from the January 2, 1966 issue to the July 18, 1971 issue. Along with Sazae-san, it is one of Machiko Hasegawa's representative works and has been adapted into live-action dramas and anime multiple times.

The first collected volumes were released in 6 volumes by Shimai Publishing between 1966 and 1972. The hiragana spelling いじわるばあさん was first used when Volume 1 was published. When Shimai Publishing dissolved in 1993, many of Machiko Hasegawa's collected works went out of print. However, it was announced that the Machiko Hasegawa Museum would continue to publish this work and Selected Sazae-san (13 volumes) for the time being, and they were sold exclusively within the museum until Asahi Shimbun took over new publication.

Later, in November 1995, Asahi Shimbun published a 4-volume Bunko edition, similar to Sazae-san. However, the Bunko edition differs in content and arrangement from the Shimai Publishing edition, with some parts of the work written on the back cover, for example. In 1998, volumes 24 and 25 of the Complete Works of Machiko Hasegawa published by Asahi Shimbun also included this work.
