This is a self-performed service by NachtmusiK BRASS FACTORY, the brass instrument accessory workshop that created Re:VIBRATION and SLIDETONE.

Many musical instrument stores outsource plating to external companies.
Our workshop achieves cost reduction by specializing in dedicated equipment for brass instrument parts such as mouthpieces and ligatures.

Furthermore, we take care not to alter the original condition of mouthpieces and ligatures by keeping the plating thickness to the minimum necessary.

The plating process includes basic surface scratch removal + ultrasonic cleaning + electrolytic degreasing treatment.
If there are many scratches or dirt, or if you require cleaning of the inner part, we can accommodate this for an additional fee (see photos).
