The [2E/DM4.2] is the same specification as the mouthpiece used by Stefan Dohr, principal horn player of the Berlin Philharmonic.
The base is the EX model. It is listed as 2E/DM 4.2mm, but the depth is between 2DM and 2EM.
Throat is 4.2mm. ARB (old backbore, old rim)
JK can be used for both American and European horns.
Description is from Lemante Brass.
Used for about 1 year, so there are some scratches on the shank, but it is in relatively good condition.
The outer box has been discarded and cannot be included.
